I will always be a student of yoga and thus, in a constant state of learning, or oftentimes, unlearning. With that, I place value and priority on and seeking out ways to embody the Yamas + Niyamas.

My teaching is rooted in an anti-racist, trauma-informed and feminist praxis.
In the spaces I hold there will always be options and encouragement of self-care and ultimately community care.

Whether in person or virtually, there will always be ways to show up and amplify voices. I am dedicated to listening, naming, and taking action when appropriate.
